Meaning: "Om. We meditate on the spiritual effulgence of that adorable Supreme Divine Reality which permeates the physical, astral, and celestial spheres of existence. May that Divine Light illumine our intellect and guide us to the Truth."

The Gayatri Mantra is a profound sacred chant addressed to the Divine Light that illuminates the intellect and fosters spiritual awakening. Everyone can practice it, regardless of religion, culture, or race.

Practice Guide: Chant it 108 times (one full round on mala beads) in the morning or before sleep to calm the mind and stabilize energy in the body. Additionally, a simple 15-minute meditation during the day is highly recommended, which can be done immediately after chanting the Gayatri. The main thing is to approach the practice sincerely, without ambition and high expectations. The spiritual path does not tolerate fuss.
